CPAP & BiPAP Machines
CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) and BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure) machines are devices used to treat sleep apnea and other breathing disorders. CPAP machines deliver a continuous stream of air at a fixed pressure to keep the airway open during sleep, preventing pauses in breathing. On the other hand, BiPAP machines provide two different pressure levels: a higher pressure when inhaling and a lower pressure when exhaling, which can be more comfortable for some users. Both CPAP and BiPAP machines are effective in improving sleep quality and reducing symptoms associated with sleep apnea, with healthcare providers determining the most suitable option based on individual needs and conditions.
