What is the difference between CPAP and BiPAP machines?
CPAP delivers a constant air pressure, while BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure) provides different pressures for inhalation and exhalation. BiPAP is often prescribed for more complex breathing disorders or higher pressure needs.
How do I choose the right CPAP mask?
The best mask depends on your sleeping position, comfort preferences, and facial structure. Nasal masks are ideal for side sleepers, full-face masks suit mouth breathers, and nasal pillows are lightweight and minimally intrusive.
Can CPAP therapy help with snoring?
Yes. CPAP machines prevent airway collapse during sleep, reducing or eliminating snoring in most patients with sleep apnea.
What is an oxygen concentrator and who needs it?
An oxygen concentrator delivers concentrated oxygen to patients with respiratory issues such as COPD, low blood oxygen, or chronic lung disease. It provides a safe and reliable oxygen supply at home or in clinical settings.

Do you offer international shipping?
We deliver to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some CPAP, BiLevel, and oxygen machines cannot be shipped outside the UK or EU. We do not ship to Russia, North Korea, or China (except Hong Kong).
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. UK orders arrive in 1–3 business days with FedEx or about 7–10 days via Hellenic Post. EU orders arrive in 1–2 business days with FedEx or about 7–10 days with Hellenic Post. International deliveries outside the EU typically take around 15 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via EPOS, Stripe, and PayPal. For purchases of €99 or more, you can choose between paying in full or in 3–12 monthly installments at a low, fixed interest rate.
What is your return policy?
You can return defective items within 30 days for inspection and replacement. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Products bought with gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders include tracking. For postal shipments, we suggest contacting your local post office about a week after shipping for updates.

Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €49 within the UK and EU. For smaller orders or certain courier options, a flat rate of €10 applies. Additional courier services may have variable charges depending on the destination.
Do you provide invoices and warranty documents?
Yes. After every purchase, you will receive a receipt, warranty, and certificate of purchase by email, which can be used for insurance claims if applicable.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.
How do I apply a discount code or voucher to my order?
You can enter the code at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order.
