At CPAPspot-Multidoctorshop.com, your satisfaction is important to us. All products include a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from thirty (30) days to five (5) years, as specified in each product description.

If you receive defective merchandise, you must return it within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase so we can inspect and replace it. Please ensure your correct address is clearly written on the return package.

For product returns or replacements, our store covers the shipping cost of the original order. However, the cost of returning and replacing a product is upon customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for transport damage to product packaging and do not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. Products purchased with gift vouchers cannot be returned or replaced.

If a parcel returns to our headquarters in the light of carrier’s or customer’s mismanagement, this parcel wouldn’t be refunded if the recipient miss to reply to our company. If a foreign postal service department delivers a parcel to a wrong recipient/ address, the authentic recipient is responsible and should contact their local postal service to recover/ find/ pick the parcel, as we are not obliged to send a replacement.
