AirSense 10 AutoSet For Her Algorithm: ResMed’s advances AutoSet For Her algorithm is developed specifically for women and it’s proven to provide the lowest possible pressure levels throughout the night, in order to offer a comfortable and effective therapy. When flow limitations are detected, the algorithm softly increases pressure until the event is over, and then proceeds to slowly decrease pressure again, for extra comfort throughout the night. Additionally, AirSense 10 AutoSet differentiates between obstructive and central apnea so you can always be certain you are provided with the best possible therapy, adjusted to your changing needs.
SlimLine™ Tubing: AirSense 10 AutoSet comes with ResMed’s SlimLine tubing. Compared to traditional tubing, the SlimLine™ Tubing is 40% lighter, 14% thinner and takes up 35% less space.
ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tubing: If you choose to start your therapy with the HumidAir Heated Humidifier, ResMed recommends the ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing, compatible only with specific CPAP & BiLevel Machines from ResMed.
Discreet presence and quiet operation: AirSense 10 is the most unobtrusive CPAP machine you’ve ever had! Thanks to its Easy-Breathe motor function, it guarantees completely quiet operation throughout the night. It also carries an ambient light sensor that reads the amount of light in the room and adjust the brightness of the screen accordingly, so as not to disrupt your partner when you wake up during the night.
Built-in Humidifier: ResMed’s Humidair Humidifier is directly built into the machine, making it significantly smaller in size and easier to use. Eight (8) levels of humidification are offered through the “My Options” screen, 1 being the lowest humidity setting and 8 being the highest, or, the humidifier can be turned off completely, depending on the user’s needs.
Autoramp: The AutoRamp feature facilitates the therapy process from the second you turn on your machine. AutoRamp delivers a low pressure, so as to help the patient fall asleep and, once it detects that the patient is sleeping, it gently increases the pressure level, to make sure that the user receives the amount of air flow necessary for the treatment.
EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief): ResMed’s EPR feature provides respiratory comfort during the night. It’s a high sensitivity algorithm, which reduces pressure at the minimum possible level during exhalation and adapts to the patient’s breathing cycle. It comes with three (3) adjustment levels (1 is minimum Pressure Relief and 3 is maximum Pressure Relief) and with the option to be completely turned off.
SmartStart & AutoStop: The SmartStart function starts your therapy as soon as you wear your mask and AutoStop automatically stops it when you remove it.
Sleep Report: AirSense 10 AutoSet’s Sleep Report provides you with all the details of your daily sleep apnea therapy, such as total usage hours, total usage days, days used more than 4 hours, mask leak rate indicators, AHI, mask seal, humidification details, average usage hours, used hours, average pressure, events per hour of use (AHI), total apnea index and central apnea index.
CSA & CSR Detection: The AirSense 10 AutoSet detects apneas from different causes other than those due to the breathing system, the CSA (Central Sleep Apnea) and the CSR (Cheyne Stokes Respiration). This is a very important advantage for an Auto CPAP Device, as it provides even more targeted therapy.
SD Data Card: The SD Data Card is pre-installed into the machine and stores the following sleep report information: 365 days of summary data including usage hours, mask seal, leak rate, humidifier functionality, days used, days used for over 4 hours, events (AHI) per hour, average usage, used hours, average pressure, AHI, total apnea index, central apnea index.
Wireless Communications: Thanks to ResMed’s Wireless Communications system, you can have access to your therapy data and remotely change the settings anytime, just by contacting the provider through e-mail or telephone and requesting a setting adjustment or a therapy report. Keep in mind that, if you want to make a request, you have to make sure your machine has been plugged in for at least 24 hours.
MyAir Personalized Therapy Support: MyAir is an optional online program from ResMed, that provides personalised support throughout the treatment. It helps you set your personal treatment goals, rewarding you once you have achieved them. With myAir you will always have the motivation to continue a successful treatment. MyAir is understandable and simple to use, and includes helpful icons and charts. MyAir motivates the user by providing milestones with awards and badges.

I purchased AirSense 10 AutoSet about 1,5 years ago as a replacement for my old broken CPAP machine. I did not know much about Cpap machines back then so I just went on this website and ordered the one with the most and best reviews. Εver since it arrived my life has changed. This machine is perfect and it facilitated my therapy a lot. Its size is very small and compact so it is convenient to bring along wherever you go. The autoramp feature is super convenient and the settings setup is simple and easy. The heated tubing adds a little extra comfort that makes all the difference. The function is noiseless, almost totally silent. The design and operation are both lightyears ahead of the cpap technology i was used to. I have been using the Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine for about one year now. The conclusion is that it’s a very good machine I guess, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the water tank for two reasons:
Firstly, although the price for the machine including the free shipping is good in this website, I found the price of the water tank massively expensive and I can’t explain the difference in price between the EU and the US. Secondly, the design doesn’t help the tank to fill in water and it’s not easy to pull the tank out, when necessary, for fear that I may damage the machine by pouring out water. I am not also sure that the holes are quite dry. I mean that sometimes a small amount of water drops by the holes, fortunately that doesn’t happen very often. As a conclusion, Ι could say that, if I did not have to use the water tank, it would probably be a 5-star machine as it is the most silent machine I’ve ever had, actually is my third CPAP machine. I had had for years a PHILIPS 50 Series CPAP machine providing standard pressure at 9. Over the years my sleep apnea was getting worse, I didn’t have the recipe just kind of hanging out in my back pocket! Went to the doctor to figure out if I got to turn it into an Automatic setting pressure CPAP machine. My doctor said that if I was going to turn my CPAP machine into an Automatic one, I would better get buying a Resmed which is a lightweight and trustworthy model. S o he suggested the Airsense autoset. The Airsense is an utter quiet CPAP machine, I use it with a nasal mask. The design is like a clock radio so it befits with my bedroom’s fourniture. This is great for my marriage too, as my wife cares a lot for our home design! Lol!
Although I am delighted with the sound and the design, I couldn’t even say the same for the water chamber which drips out water each time I refill it! And this is very embarrassing! This is why I will not give my five stars to this product, I am a happy user but not totally satisfied.
