Not satisfied with Gecko, this product rests on the nose by itself, but when the mask is put it on face, then I am not able to manage the mask cushion. I adjust my mask many times during the night, and cannot find the seal point of adjustment for this pad on my nasal bridge. Furthermore, I need a lot of time to find the optimal point to put on my nose the gecko pad.

The Gecko nasal pads worked great for my skin, I do not have sores anymore after each mask use. The only small problem I detected is that it is not very efficient with the leaks. But overall pretty good.

Tried gecko pad last week with my quattro fx resmed mask. I started out by adjusting the pad, then adjusting the mask over and over again. I got sores on the nasal bridge at an early stage and it’s only a matter of time before it gets worse.
