Bought these filters which were shipped immediately by mail to me. Due to an incorrect address info from my side, these filter got lost in the mail and could not be traced back. After informing Michael about this, he immediately shipped a second set via DHL which did arrive on short notice. MultiDocterShop refused to bill me for this second shipment, although he error was made on my side. After a couple of weeks I was informed that the first shipment, at the end was returned to MDS. Thank you Michael for this excellent service. 10 out 10 !!!
