General Shipping Information
All our items are available within the UK and the countries within the European Union. We also ship to international destinations. However, due to manufacturer restrictions, certain CPAP-BiLevel and Oxygen Machines cannot be shipped outside the UK and the European Union.
The Postal Service shipping method is carried out through Hellenic Post (ELTA SA). Courier service is additionally available for destinations within the United Kingdom and the European Union, offering a wide range of options at reasonable prices.
Shipping Restrictions and Excluded Destinations
We cannot accept or ship orders to destinations where local or state authorities permanently prohibit deliveries. We also do not ship to restricted traffic zones. At present, United States, Russian Federation, North Korea, and China are excluded from our shipping zones, with the exception of Hong Kong.
United States Customers
We are temporarily not shipping orders to the United States of America until further notice. Orders of U.S. customers are shipped or delivered only if the destination is outside the U.S. territory. All receipts and invoices for U.S. orders are issued in euros (€) to help customers with potential insurance compensation. After completing a purchase, customers should send their medical prescription.
UK Customers
All products are available within the UK. ETA varies upon the selected shipping method. Parcels are delivered within 1-3 business days via DHL Express. Shipments with Hellenic Post company are available to destinations within the UK as well. Delivery time isn’t guaranteed for those shipments. Typically, shipments via Hellenic Post arrive within 7-9 days.
European Union Customers
All products are available for purchase within the EU destinations and are delivered within 1-2 business days via DHL Express. There are no customs fees within the European Union. Shipments with Hellenic Post company are available to destinations within the EU as well. Delivery time isn’t guaranteed for those shipments. Typically, shipments via Hellenic Post arrive within 7-9 days.
Customers from Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Iceland
All items marked “Available in the UK & the European Union” are also available in these countries. Most CPAP and Oxygen Machines operate worldwide on 100-240VAC, so only a small plug adapter is needed. We provide US or UK small power adaptors for free to customers in these destinations.
International Shipping Outside the EU and UK
For countries outside the EU, most products can be shipped, although some items cannot. Delivery for international destinations typically takes approximately 15 days. Customs fees or import duties may apply in the destination country, and these charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Accuracy of Shipping Details
The shipping details provided by customers during ordering are written on the parcel exactly as submitted. Our company does not modify shipping information. Customers are advised to contact their local post office one week after the shipment date if the parcel has not arrived. If a parcel is not delivered within 30 days from shipping, we will promptly submit a search application to the local post office, which will then handle tracking and provide an official report.
Lithium-Ion Battery Shipments
Due to International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped via airmail unless contained within a device. A standard road service is available for these orders within the UK and European Union.
Shipping Carriers Used
We ship with the following carriers: Hellenic Post (Postal Mail), DHL Courier, and FedEx Courier. Not all shipping methods are available in all destinations.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Most orders are shipped on the same day the purchase is completed. Some orders may be shipped within one business day, depending on local time. European and international orders are typically shipped the same day if placed by 2:00 PM (GMT+2).
In some cases, such as certain reference codes or mask parts, shipments may be delayed. If the delay exceeds three days, customers will be notified immediately. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
