Shipping Policies

General Shipping Information

All our items are available within the UK and the countries of the European Union. We also ship to international destinations; however, due to manufacturer restrictions, certain CPAP-BiPAP and Oxygen Machines cannot be shipped outside the UK and the EU. All CPAP-BiPAP and Oxygen Machines are shipped free to all destinations.

The Postal Service shipping method is provided through Hellenic Post (ELTA SA). Additionally, courier service is available for destinations within the UK and the EU, offering a variety of options at reasonable prices.

From April 15 to October 15 each year, same-day or next-day urgent express shipping is available to Paros, Tinos, Mykonos, and Santorini for an additional fee paid at checkout. These shipments are transported via passenger ships, most of which depart from Piraeus Port. This seasonal service is intended for travelers who urgently need CPAP equipment. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, and recipients are responsible for picking up their parcels from the ferry boats. Instructions and itinerary information are provided by our store along with a unique shipping barcode. An identity number is always required for this service and for pickup at the destination port.

Shipping Restrictions and Excluded Destinations

We cannot accept or ship orders to destinations where local or state authorities permanently prohibit deliveries. We also do not ship to restricted traffic zones. At present, Russian Federation, North Korea, and China are excluded from our shipping zones, with the exception of Hong Kong.

United States of America Customers

We have now opened a shipping pipeline to the United States via DHL Express. CPAP and BiPAP machines by ResMed are not available for shipment to the US due to manufacturer restrictions. CPAP and oxygen batteries cannot be shipped to the US due to aviation safety regulations. All other items, including CPAP masks, CPAP, oxygen and nebulizer accessories, and CPAP parts, are available for shipment to the US. All receipts and invoices for US orders are issued in euros (€) to help customers with potential insurance compensation.

United Kingdom Customers

All products are available within the UK. ETA varies upon the selected shipping method. Parcels are delivered within 1-2 business days via DHL Express. Shipments with Hellenic Post (ELTA SA) are available to destinations within the UK. Delivery time isn’t guaranteed for those shipments. Typically, shipments via Hellenic Post (ELTA SA) arrive within 5 days from the day of shipment.

European Union Customers

All products are available for purchase within the EU destinations. ETA varies upon the selected shipping method. Parcels are delivered within 1-2 business days via DHL Express. There are no customs fees within the European Union. Shipments with Hellenic Post (ELTA SA) company are available to destinations within the EU as well. Delivery time isn’t guaranteed for those shipments. Typically, shipments via Hellenic Post (ELTA SA) arrive within 5 days from the day of shipment.

Customers in European Countries outside the EU

All items are available in the following European countries that are not part of the EU: Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Andorra, Switzerland, Iceland, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Ukraine, San Marino, Vatican City, and Monaco.

International Shipping (Outside the EU and UK)

Most products ordered from this website are shipped internationally outside the EU, but some items are excluded. International deliveries typically take about 15 days to reach the recipient. Customs fees or import duties may apply in the destination country, and the recipient is always responsible for these charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Most CPAP and oxygen machines operate on 100-240VAC worldwide, so only a small plug adapter is required.

Accuracy of Shipping Details

The shipping details provided by customers during ordering are written on the parcel exactly as submitted. Our company does not modify shipping information. Customers are advised to contact their local post office one (1) week after the shipment date if the parcel has not arrived. If a parcel is not delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will promptly submit a search application to the local post office, which will then handle tracking and provide an official report.

Lithium-Ion Battery Shipments

Due to International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped via airmail unless contained within a device. A standard road service is available for these orders within the UK and European Union destinations only.

Shipping Carriers Used

We ship with the following carriers: Hellenic Post (ELTA SA Postal Mail), DHL Courier, and FedEx Courier. Not all shipping methods are available in all destinations.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

Most orders are shipped on the same day the purchase is completed. Some orders may be shipped within one business day, depending on local time. European and international orders are typically shipped the same day if placed by 2:00 PM (GMT+3).

In some cases, such as certain reference codes or mask parts, shipments may be delayed. If the delay exceeds three days, customers will be notified immediately. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
